For special orders, which include items with engravings, unique ring, custom pendants or custom chain sizes it's important to note that a deposits are non-refundable. 

In scenarios where orders are returned as undeliverable or are declined by the intended recipient, a nominal charge of $30 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping Costs: To make sure that we correctly insure each package incase the event of it hiccups along the way, our shipping costs vary by the product value amount. These costs range from $15 - $30 for USPS and $50 - $65 for Fedex Overnight.
