If you decide to send items back our way, please remember that we have a strict "good as new" policy. This means that we're on the lookout for items to be free of scratches, blemishes, unconventional sizing, and any traces of wear and tear other then how they're shipped from the factory. In the event that these conditions aren't met, kindly understand that we will need to discuss other options.

For special orders, which include items with engravings, unique ring, custom pendants or custom chain sizes it's important to note that a deposits are non-refundable. 

In scenarios where orders are returned as undeliverable or are declined by the intended recipient, a nominal charge of $30 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
