For special orders, which include items with engravings, unique ring, custom pendants or custom chain sizes it's important to note that a deposits are non-refundable. 

In scenarios where orders are returned as undeliverable or are declined by the intended recipient, a nominal charge of $30 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Should the item you receive show signs of any defects, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We're here to help facilitate its return for repair and coordinate the shipping back to you.

Shipping Costs: To make sure that we correctly insure each package incase the event of it hiccups along the way, our shipping costs vary by the product value amount. These costs range from $15 - $30 for USPS and $50 - $65 for Fedex Overnight.
