Refund policy

At Gold Linkz Ohio, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase, so we offer exchanges and store credit only under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials
  • Store credit or exchange will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected

Earrings — Final Sale For the health and safety of all our customers, all earring sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This is a standard hygiene practice for pierced jewelry and is non-negotiable.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our pieces. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your original packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or store credit, whichever you prefer.
