Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship all orders from Ohio via USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Gold Linkz Ohio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at GoldLinkzOhio@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
